For studio and 1 bedroom units either for investment or personal use, I highly recommend and suggest 14th Floor Unit N (studio with balcony) and 14th Floor Unit A (1 bedroom with balcony) since they are beside the sky garden, which means you will have easy access to the sky garden that you may use if you want more outdoor space, fresh air, or you may use this area if you have visitors. There will be fewer units than on the regular floor, and both units are near the lift lobby.
For 2 bedroom units and 3 bedroom units in the midzone, either for investment or personal use, I highly recommend and suggest 39th Floor Unit H and 39th Floor Unit A since they are beside the sky garden too, which means you will have easy access to the sky garden that you may use if you want more outdoor space and fresh air, or you may use this area if you have visitors. There will be fewer units than on the regular floor, and both units are near the lift lobby.
We also recommend considering investing in or reserving a unit on the highest floor, which is also considered the penthouse floor, to enjoy the privilege of living in a penthouse with an unobstructed view of the Antipolo skyline, Laguna Lake, and the morning sun.
